UK Delivery

UK orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail, Parecel Force or UPS and will require a signature. Please be aware if a signature is unattainable from the address provided that a ‘Something for you’ card will be left as notification of delivery.

Delivery should be expected within 2-5 working days of placing an order. The majority of orders will arrive within the delivery times stated above, however, please allow at least 15 working days for delivery before contacting us, as we are unable to investigate with couriers until this time has passed.

Returns

You can return or exchange any unopened and unused products within 14 days for a refund or replacement. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Ashling Donnelly Aesthetic Clinic Ltd. Items must be in original condition, including both inner and outer packaging to be applicable for a refund.

We regret that we cannot refund or replace any used items.

Refunds do not include the cost of initial delivery or return of the goods. We recommend returning your goods on a tracked and signed for basis. Ashling Donnelly Aesthetic Clinic Ltd. can not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods on return, so we recommend having the appropriate insurance cover from the postal service to cover the cost of your goods.

If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, you must contact Ashling Donnelly Aesthetic Clinic Ltd within 2 working days of receipt either by email (info@ashlingdonnelly.co.uk) or phone 07845 396063. Ashling Donnelly Aesthetic Clinic Ltd cannot accept responsibility for damages / missing products reported after this period.

In the case of a parcel being returned to Ashling Donnelly Aesthetic Clinic Ltd. due to an incorrect delivery address or the customer not collecting from their postal office / depot, a re-delivery price will be charged to re-send the parcel. If the customer chooses to cancel the order in this instance instead of re-posting, the original postage and packaging cost covered by Ashling Donnelly Aesthetic Clinic Ltd will not be refunded.

We don’t store any of your credit card details and have no access to your credit card information at any time. The following security processes and checks are in place on our site to ensure that your details are handled properly and securely. Payments are secure powered by Stripe via SSL or Paypal.

While every effort will be made to ensure that all items shown are in stock we offer no guarantee of availability and this electronic publication does not constitute an offer for sale. Goods are normally dispatched within 48 hours. If we are unable to despatch your order within 7 days, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated despatch date and offer you the option of cancelling the order.

PRICES AND TAX

The price shown for the goods excludes postage and packing unless specifically stated. The price you pay will include VAT for all deliveries within the European Union.

COLOURS

The colour of goods may vary slightly from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software and monitors.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All confidential information, including credit card details, are held securely and only transmitted in encrypted form. Customer details are not passed to third parties and are used only in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify us against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including legal fees), arising out of your use of this site.

JURISDICTION

The Contract will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties to the Contract submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.

CONSUMER RIGHTS

None of the above Terms and Conditions affects your statutory consumer rights.
